WP2 : Ship-borne System Monitoring Service(SBSMS)
SBSMS monitors on-board systems of passenger ships with Korean flag and other ships requesting the service to detect hazardous events within the ships such as flooding, fire and engine failure. LTE-Maritime and VDES are being considered as physical communication links for SBSMS but not limited to these. Other communication links available on-board of service requesting ship can be used as well

Activating fire alarm → Monitoring Alarm sensor location, checking fire detection intervals → Measuring fire safety level and crisis level → Sending crisis response guidance → prevention of accident → Inform relevant authorities and other ships of an accident

Identify inclinometer → Measuring stability safety level and crisis level → Sending crisis response guidance → Keep monitoring to prevent accident → Inform relevant authorities and other ships of an accident
(Navigational safety module)
Activating alarm → Measuring navigational safety level and crisis level → Sending crisis response guidance → Inform to relevant authorities and other ships about an accident
